2. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our site are subject to acceptance by Robin's Posies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
• Pricing: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be that in effect at the time the order is placed.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site.
• Substitutions: Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage of equal or greater value and similar style if the requested items are unavailable. We will always endeavor to match the look and feel of your chosen arrangement.

3. Delivery

• Delivery Areas: We deliver to specific areas within the Greater London region. Please check our delivery information page for details on available postcodes.
• Delivery Times: While we strive to meet specific delivery times, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as traffic and weather may cause delays.
• Recipient Availability: It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we may leave the flowers in a safe place, or attempt re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.
• Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard Orders: Cancellations for standard floral arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund.
• Wedding & Event Floral Design: Specific cancellation terms for wedding and event floral design will be outlined in the individual contract for these services.
• Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
